Indoor Living Space

The spacious living room comes with a sectional sofa and marble table that can be opened to the covered outdoor living area furnished with sofas and chairs, perfect for watching the sunset. The covered terrace is also home to a large dining table that seats 10 guests.

Outdoor Living Space

Outside you'll find a well-equipped modern kitchen complete with an outdoor grill area, counters, a large gas grill, and a second dining table. The villa offers two heated pools - a large lap pool on the lower level and a smaller pool on the upper level, both offering plenty of privacy and comfortable loungers for sunbathing.

Bedrooms & Amenities

Two bedrooms are located on the main level, with three additional rooms on the lower level. Each one is equipped with air-conditioning, a queen-size bed, and an ensuite modern bathroom with a shower and double vanity. The lower level bedrooms can also be connected, making them perfect for parents with young children or teenagers. Located off the living area is an office, which can also serve as a small bedroom for staff. The villa also comes with a chef, housekeeping and daily turndown service, laundry service, and a rental car. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used and is suitable for young children.
